For example, two tests of Applebee’s Cajun-lime tilapia meal found about 400 calories, compared with the posted total of 310 (via Calorie Disclosures Are Up for Dispute - WSJ.com) A law pending in the Senate would require restaurants to prominently publish calorie counts for the food they server.  This is a great idea, but not if the restaurants lie about it.  Disappointing.
