Chris Anderson gave the final keynote at SXSW today. He says that since the marginal cost of most web services is approaching zero, you might as well make your service free. After all, if you don’t do it, someone else will.
His analysis is critically flawed. Don’t listen to him.
just finished watching Chris Anderson/Guy Kawasaki keynote on “Free”. Anderson doesn’t understand the software industry.
